This organization has free virtual and in person programming geared towards pregnancy, young babies from birth and children up to 6 years old.

If you haven’t discussed pelvic floor physiotherapy with your care provider, now is a great time to do so! There are many wonderful physiotherapists in the Peterborough area and I am happy to recommend some to you.
